The Account Reinstatement Agency That Takes the Cases Other Agencies Send Back.
A regional marketplace no one has a playbook for. A network of linked accounts taken down in one day. Two appeals already used. A final decision with a date on it. Every platform enforces with a rule, a review and a decision, so we can tell you quickly if your case is worth fighting and what the first move is. Start with a free assessment.

The Hard Cases Other Agencies Turn Down
These are the kinds of cases most agencies decline. Flip a card to see what makes each one different and where we start.
Your marketplace is not on anyone's list. The notice is in Polish and the review form is hard to find.
No playbook exists, so we build one from the source: the platform's own terms, its review route, and the law where it operates.
First moveRead the terms in the original language and find the real review route.
Tap to flip backFive accounts went down on one day. The platform says they are related.
The takedown is judged as a group. One weak account can sink the rest, and one careless appeal can confirm the link.
First moveMap every link, address, device, card, and person, and separate the real ones from the assumed ones.
Tap to flip backTwo appeals denied. The next one may be the last one anyone reads.
Anything that contradicts what was already sent ends it. The history is now part of the evidence.
First moveRead every prior submission before writing a word. The last attempt fixes what they missed.
Tap to flip backA permanent decision is scheduled, and large funds are held.
Time is the constraint, not the argument. Everything is sequenced around the date on the notice.
First moveWorked the same day and every day after until resolved. Facts locked first, filed inside the window.
Tap to flip backTwo firms read the case and passed on it.
Earlier submissions by other firms can help or hurt. We read them as carefully as the notice.
First moveReview what was sent, grade the case honestly, and say plainly if we would pass too.
Tap to flip backreviewed
A standard appeal cannot win it, and the platform stopped answering.
The frame moves to the contract and the law where the platform operates.
First moveAttorney-reviewed letters and certified mail where warranted. We use it only when the case calls for it.
Tap to flip backUnlisted platforms. The method holds on any platform, because every one has a rule, a review, and a decision. We read all three from the source.
How We Work a Platform No One Has a Playbook For
Enforcement follows the same structure everywhere: a rule, a review and a decision. We check the decision against the platform’s own policy, the law where the platform operates, the law where you operate and international law.
Platform enforcement is often built on suspicion more than proof. We separate what the platform can show from what it assumes, and build the case to reach a human reviewer.
- Platform policy read from the source
- Regional, local, and international law checked
- Viability graded before you pay
The notice is the center of every board. We read it word for word, because the exact policy it names decides which rule, which review, and which route apply.
Every unique case gets a board like this. Drag the pins around, the strings follow. Tap one to see what we pull from it.
How We Assess a Unique Case
A short, honest assessment before any work is priced.
Base camp is intake. The whole situation, including everything already submitted, because unique cases usually have history.
Help on Any Platform, in Any Region
145+ platforms in active practice, plus the ones outside it. Pick a region to see its marketplaces. Solid dots are in the practice. Rings sit outside it, and we still assess them case by case.

Illustrative. Deadline cases run daily, not weekly.
This is what you get. Three tabs, one protocol. Start with the grade, because it decides everything behind it.
Unique Case FAQs
Don’t see your question? Send us your notice and we’ll answer it directly.
What can I do if my seller account appeal was denied?
A denied seller account appeal is not always the end. Read the denial reason word for word, list what your appeal missed or got wrong and fix the cause before you write again. Many platforms limit how many appeals you get, TikTok Shop for example allows two per violation, so the next one may be your last.
Should I send the same appeal again?
No. Sending the same appeal again usually gets the same answer, and repeat submissions can make the record look worse. Rebuild the appeal from the denial reason, add evidence that was missing and correct anything that contradicted earlier submissions. Every appeal stays on file and is read against the ones before it.
Can I open a new seller account after a suspension?
Opening a new seller account to get around a suspension breaks most marketplaces’ rules and usually leads to the new account being linked and closed too, often with funds withheld. The only lasting way back is to fix the cause and win back the original account through the platform’s own process.
Why were all my linked seller accounts suspended at once?
Platforms suspend linked accounts together when they believe the accounts share an owner, device, address, bank or payment details and one of them broke the rules. Each account’s case depends on whether the link is real and whether it was allowed. Gather the facts on every account before answering, because one weak answer can affect the rest.
What if my marketplace has no clear appeal process?
When a marketplace has no clear appeal process, start with its seller terms and policy pages, which set out the rules, the review and who decides. Most platforms offer some route through seller support or a policy team. Write to the exact rule cited, with proof, and keep a copy of everything you send.
What should I do when a suspension notice has a deadline?
When a suspension notice has a deadline, treat that date as fixed and work back from it. Gather every notice and everything already submitted, find the exact rule cited and respond before the date with a complete answer. Missing a stated deadline can make the decision final.
Can you help with a marketplace that is not on your list?
Often, yes. Choose My platform is not listed on our marketplace picker and tell us where you sell. We read that platform’s own terms at the source, find the rule it used and tell you honestly whether the case is viable before you pay anything.
Is the first case assessment free?
Yes. Every case starts with a free assessment that grades it Green, Amber or Red before any work is priced, with a plain explanation of what it would take. The harder the case, the more work it takes, so your price follows the difficulty. Send the notices and everything already submitted.
Are there cases you will not take?
Yes. We do not take money laundering, gift card fraud products, stolen goods or hacked or bought accounts. We never create or backdate documents and never open a new account around a ban. We tell you before you pay if your case falls into any of these.
Is it worth hiring help for a hard reinstatement case?
Hiring help for a hard reinstatement case is worth it when appeals are used up, several accounts went down together or the platform is one few people know. A fresh read often finds what earlier appeals missed or contradicted. Start with a free assessment even if your platform is not listed.
Can anyone guarantee my seller account will be reinstated?
No. The platform makes the final decision on every reinstatement. Be careful with anyone who promises one. What we commit to is the work: a full read of everything sent so far, an appeal rebuilt from the denial reason and a straight answer up front if we do not see a path, before you pay.
