The Refersion Appeal Service Agency That Reinstates the Publisher Accounts Other Reinstatement Agencies Give Up On.

On Refersion, the brand runs the program, approves conversions from its own store orders and pays you itself. So when conversions are denied, your code is shut off or you’re removed, the brand is who decides. We rebuild the order and code record and take it to the brand’s program manager. Unauthorized coupon use

Code leak

Reviewed by Code and coupon control

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • The code appears on coupon or deal sites
  • Redemptions with no tracked click spike

What they can prove

  • Redemption counts and dates
  • The share of orders with no click

What they infer

  • That the affiliate posted the code there
  • That the sales were not driven by the affiliate

Our pathway

  1. 1Capture every listing with a date
  2. 2Send takedown requests and log them
  3. 3Split link sales from code redemptions
  4. 4Propose written code controls
A leaked code is usually a coupon site problem that looks like an affiliate problem. The dates show which it is.

Conversion denied by brand

Denied conversions

Reviewed by Conversion review

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • Bulk denials as duplicate or invalid
  • Orders cancelled or refunded

What they can prove

  • The order IDs it denied
  • The reason code given, if any

What they infer

  • That the traffic was not real
  • That the orders did not qualify under the terms

Our pathway

  1. 1Export every denied conversion
  2. 2Match each to its store order
  3. 3Concede what the record supports
  4. 4Dispute the rest order by order
A denial with no reason is the easiest to challenge. The brand has to point to something.

Program removal

Reviewed by Brand program manager

Typical grade: Difficult

What sets it off

  • A concern about content, codes, or conversion quality
  • No reply to the brand's first email

What they can prove

  • The emails it sent
  • The conversions and codes on record

What they infer

  • That the affiliate broke the program terms

Our pathway

  1. 1Answer the brand's first message directly
  2. 2Address each concern with evidence
  3. 3Claim conversions earned before removal
  4. 4Request reinstatement under written terms
Most removals follow a message nobody answered. We answer it first.

Self-referral

Reviewed by Conversion review

Typical grade: Difficult

What sets it off

  • Orders sharing an address, card, or network with the affiliate
  • Orders from family or staff

What they can prove

  • The shared order details
  • How many orders match

What they infer

  • That more orders were self-referred than it can show

Our pathway

  1. 1Identify every related order
  2. 2Concede them up front
  3. 3Show the controls now in place
  4. 4Protect the rest of the claim
Conceding the real ones early is what keeps the rest of the claim credible.

Reviewed by Brand program manager

Typical grade: Difficult

What sets it off

  • Paid search ads on the brand's name
  • Ads that outrank the brand's own

What they can prove

  • A screenshot or report of the ad
  • The click that led to the order

What they infer

  • That the affiliate bid on the brand's terms on purpose

Our pathway

  1. 1Pull full keyword and bid exports
  2. 2Show what was and was not bid
  3. 3Add negative keywords where needed
  4. 4Submit the exports with the fix
Keyword exports settle a bidding claim faster than any explanation.

Reviewed by Brand legal

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • Posts that promote the brand without a clear disclosure
  • A complaint to the brand

What they can prove

  • The posts as published
  • When each post went live

What they infer

  • That the affiliate hid the relationship

Our pathway

  1. 1Audit every post and channel
  2. 2Add clear disclosures
  3. 3Document the change with dates
  4. 4Send the audit to the brand
A disclosure gap is fixed across every post, not just the one the brand found.

Why the hard cases come here

We are the ones publishers come to when every other agency and law firm has already failed.

Most affiliates find us after the brand said no and another agency already tried. Every message stays on the record, so the next one has to be built differently. Our team has worked inside these platforms and knows what each review is measuring. That’s how we’ve resolved more than 10,000 cases.

Refersion affiliate questions

Refersion Affiliate Commission FAQs

Don’t see your question? Send us the brand’s message and we’ll answer it directly.

Who pays affiliates on Refersion?

The brand pays affiliates on Refersion. Refersion is the platform that tracks sales and runs payouts, but each merchant sets its own commission rate, payment schedule and payment method. Payments can go out by PayPal, Trolley, gift cards or manual payment, depending on what the brand chose. Your dashboard shows each brand’s terms.

Why is my Refersion commission still pending?

A Refersion commission stays pending until the brand approves it. Many brands wait past their return period before approving, especially for new affiliates. By default, Refersion auto approves pending conversions after 90 days, and brands can ask to set that anywhere from 30 to 120 days. Check Commissions in Approval in your Financials section.

Why did a Refersion brand deny my conversions?

A Refersion brand denies conversions when it decides an order does not qualify. Common reasons are returns or chargebacks, orders that look like self-referrals, codes used outside the allowed channels and activity that looks unusual, like big orders soon after you joined or a very high orders to clicks ratio. Brands get an email before auto approval so they can deny first.

How do I dispute a denied Refersion commission?

To dispute a denied Refersion commission, contact the brand directly through the Messages tab in your affiliate portal or the support email the brand lists. Refersion support handles platform questions only and does not decide program matters. Send the order details, show where the buyer came from and explain why the sale met the program terms.

When do Refersion affiliates get paid?

Refersion affiliates get paid on the schedule each brand sets in its program terms. Refersion has no platform wide minimum payout, but a brand can set its own threshold. Your Financials section shows your Next Estimated Payment from approved commissions, and Payment History shows what you have already received. Ask the brand if a payment date passes.

Can Refersion change an approved commission?

Once a conversion is approved on Refersion, its status cannot be changed by the brand on its own. A brand that wants to turn an approved conversion into a denial has to ask Refersion’s support team for help. That makes the pending window the period when most denials happen, so watch your pending orders closely.

My Refersion coupon code ended up on coupon sites. What do I do?

If your Refersion coupon code shows up on coupon sites, act fast. Capture every listing with the date, ask each site to remove it and tell the brand before it finds out alone. Brands can block affiliates from claiming certain codes, so show which sales came from your own audience and which came from the leak.

What does Refersion consider affiliate fraud?

Refersion describes affiliate fraud as cookie stuffing, fake traffic from spoofed IP addresses, VPNs or proxies used to fake where a buyer is, and purchases with stolen cards. Brands also watch for big orders soon after an affiliate joins and chargebacks on large orders. Clean traffic you can explain is your best protection.

How do I get back into a Refersion program after being removed?

To get back into a Refersion program, contact the brand that removed you, because each brand decides who stays in its program. Find out what it saw, fix it and send one clear message with proof, like where your traffic comes from, how you share codes and how you disclose the partnership. Repeat messages without new facts rarely help.

Can someone help me get my Refersion commissions paid?

Yes. We match every denied or pending conversion to its store order, sort out which sales came from your own audience and build the case the brand needs to approve them. If you were removed, we work that too. Book a free assessment and we will tell you which commissions are worth fighting for.

What does a Refersion commission dispute service cost?

The cost of a Refersion commission dispute service depends on how many brands and orders are involved and why the commissions were denied. A small batch of denials with clean order records is quick work. A coupon leak across several brands takes more. We start with a free assessment and quote a price before any work begins.

Can anyone guarantee I will be reinstated in a Refersion program?

No one can guarantee reinstatement in a Refersion program, because the brand decides who stays in its program and which commissions it pays. Be careful with anyone who promises it. What we commit to is the work: every order checked, a response backed by evidence and a straight answer about your chances before you pay.
