Does Lazada pay for lost FBL stock?
Lazada pays for FBL stock that it loses or damages while the products are stored in its fulfilment centres. In the Philippine seller terms, Lazada pays the Replacement Value of those products and can ask for a valid tax invoice. The payment only happens when a claim is raised and approved, so missing units nobody claims stay your loss.
How do I file a claim for lost stock with Fulfilment by Lazada?
Lazada FBL claims are filed through the FBL Claims Module on the BMS Portal, or another channel Lazada names. Match the Inbound Order and your packing list against the received count in BMS, then raise each missing unit once with your invoice and carton photos attached. Duplicate or unsupported claims slow down the good ones.
How long do I have to file a Lazada FBL claim?
Lazada’s Philippine seller terms give you 90 days from the date the claim first arose to raise a claim about FBL stock. After that the claim can be refused, however real the loss. Windows can differ by market and change over time, so check the terms on your own account and work the oldest gaps first.
What is the Lazada FBL monthly draft claim?
The Lazada FBL draft claim is generated on the first calendar day of each month from the previous inventory cycle. You can dispute its outcome within the timeline Lazada sets. The draft only covers what that cycle picked up, so inbound shortfalls and return gaps can sit outside it. Check every line against your own records before you accept it.
What losses will Lazada not pay for under FBL?
Lazada does not pay for FBL loss or damage caused by a product’s perishable nature, improper original packaging or the seller not following Lazada’s policies. Returns and failed deliveries Lazada judges unsellable can be sent back to you or disposed of without compensation. Payment of the Replacement Value is your only remedy for covered losses.
Why did Lazada reject my FBL inbound shipment?
Lazada can reject or repackage FBL stock at your expense when it does not meet FBL requirements for labels, packaging, safety or expiry. Under the Philippine terms, rejected stock must be collected within set times, from one day for safety risks up to seven working days for other reasons. Stock left past that time is treated as abandoned.
What documents do I need for a Lazada FBL claim?
A Lazada FBL claim needs proof of what you sent and what Lazada recorded. That means the Inbound Order, your packing list, carton photos, the received count in BMS and a valid tax invoice for the units. Never create or edit a document to fill a gap.
