Find the Units Mercado Envíos Full Lost and Raise Them With Mercado Libre

Mercado Envíos Full receives, stores, ships and takes back your stock in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Chile. Every move a unit makes is recorded against its inventory ID. Units drop out at reception, in storage, on returns and on withdrawals, and most of it is never raised because nobody reads that history line by line. We do, and we only raise what the records support.

How Mercado Libre reads it

How Mercado Libre Decides Whose Loss It Is

Mercado Libre starts from the operations recorded against each inventory ID: the reception, every sale, every return, every withdrawal, every adjustment. Your own spreadsheet carries little weight. A request the history doesn’t support goes nowhere.

The line that matters most is where the loss happened. Units short on arrival are read as missing at origin, which is on you unless you can prove what left your door. Units lost after reception sit on Full’s side. So we fix the count before the boxes leave.

  • The count proven at origin, before the colecta or the cita
  • Every unit tied to its inventory ID
  • One consulta per discrepancy, never repeated

Mercado Libre Full questions

Mercado Envíos Full Reconciliation FAQs

Don’t see your question? Send us your stock history and we’ll answer it directly.

Does Mercado Libre pay for units lost in Full?

Mercado Libre runs a protection program for Envíos Full that covers stock lost or damaged while Mercado Libre holds it. The rules and amounts are set in each country’s help center. Some losses are compensated without a request, but others never get picked up, so check your stock history line by line against what you sent.

How do I report missing units in Mercado Envíos Full?

Missing Full units are reported to Mercado Libre support from inside your seller account, as a consulta that quotes the inbound ID and the inventory ID of the affected product. Attach your packing list, label count and box photos. The exact route differs a little by country, so follow the one your country’s help center sets.

Why does Full show fewer units received than I sent?

Mercado Envíos Full records what its warehouse counted at reception, which can be lower than what you shipped if units were missing, unlabeled or damaged on arrival. That lower count becomes your stock. Compare the reception record to your packing list and printed label count before you accept it, and raise each real gap once.

What if Mercado Libre says my Full units were missing at origin?

When Mercado Libre says Full units were missing at origin, the answer depends on what you can show left your door. A packing list, the printed label count and photos or video of the closed boxes are the evidence that moves that conversation. Without them, a request is hard to win and may be better left alone.

How long do I have to claim lost Full stock on Mercado Libre?

Mercado Libre sets the time limits for Full claims country by country in its help center, and they can change. Older gaps are harder to get reviewed, so the safe move is to reconcile every month and raise the oldest documented gaps first. Never rely on a window you have not checked for your own country.

How long does Mercado Libre take to answer a Full claim?

Mercado Libre does not publish one answer time for Full consultas. Some are answered quickly, while others take a few replies before Mercado Libre decides. A request that quotes the inbound ID, the inventory ID and the exact unit count, with proof attached, is the one most likely to be settled without back and forth.

Does Mercado Livre Full in Brazil work the same way?

Mercado Livre Full in Brazil follows the same idea but has its own terms, its own help center in Portuguese and uses the nota fiscal as the invoice. Requests should be written in Portuguese and match the Brazilian rules. A case built for Mexico or Argentina will not read the way Brazilian support expects.

Can too many Full claims hurt my Mercado Libre account?

Yes. Repeated or unsupported requests to Mercado Libre read as a pattern and can make good claims harder to land. Raise each discrepancy only once, with the records behind it. A smaller set of clean requests is worth more than a long list that includes units you cannot prove.

Is it worth hiring a Mercado Libre Full reconciliation service?

A Full reconciliation service is worth it when you sell in volume or across several countries and nobody reads the stock history unit by unit. We check reception, storage, returns and withdrawals against your paperwork each month and raise only what the records prove. Start with a free assessment of your Full stock.

How much does Mercado Libre Full reconciliation cost?

The cost of Full reconciliation depends on how many country accounts you run, your SKU count and how many months need checking. We start with a free assessment, show you what looks recoverable and then quote the work. The price follows how much there is to reconcile and how hard the gaps are to prove.

Can anyone guarantee Mercado Libre will pay for lost Full stock?

No. Mercado Libre decides every Full claim and the amount it pays. Be careful with anyone who promises compensation. What we commit to is the work: every gap the records support raised once, in the right country and language, and a straight answer on which gaps are worth raising before you pay.
