The Twitch Appeal Service Agency That Reinstates the Channels Other Reinstatement Agencies Give Up On.
Every day your Twitch channel stays dark, your viewers find another stream. We go through the enforcement notice, find the clip, chat or report behind it and build the appeal through the Twitch appeals portal with the context a reviewer needs. Start with a free assessment and know where you stand before you pay.
Pick the enforcement on your channel. The page shows what viewers see and the panel shows how we would work it.

The enforcement email tells you what Twitch flagged. It rarely tells you why. Pick the notice that matches yours and see what sets it off, what Twitch can prove and what it’s only assuming.
Temporary suspension
Reviewed by the Twitch Safety enforcement team
Typical grade: ModerateWhat sets it off
- A reported clip or stream moment
- A chat message read or shown on stream
- A first or second guideline issue
What they can prove
- The clip or VOD segment
- The guideline cited
What they infer
- That the moment means what it looks like out of context
Our pathway
- 1Pull the VOD and chat around the timestamp
- 2Write to the exact moment and guideline
- 3Show what the streamer did after it
- 4Appeal once through the appeals portal
A clip is a few seconds. We bring the ten minutes around it.

Reviewed by the Copyright and DMCA team
Typical grade: ModerateWhat sets it off
- Music or footage claimed by a rights holder
- A VOD or clip with unlicensed audio
What they can prove
- The claimant and the content claimed
- The strike count on the channel
What they infer
- That the channel had no right to use it
Our pathway
- 1Check the license for each claimed track
- 2Ask the claimant for a retraction
- 3File a counter notification only where valid
- 4Remove or mute content that cannot be defended
Strikes stack toward termination. Retraction comes first, before the next one lands.

- Slurs or attacks on stream or in chat
- A clip shared widely with mass reports
What they can prove
- The words spoken or shown
- The volume of reports
What they infer
- That the streamer endorsed what was said
Our pathway
- 1Rebuild the moment from VOD and chat

Our pathway
- 1Review every prior enforcement
- 2Show what changed after each one
- 3Answer the latest with full context

Our pathway
- 1Build the access timeline
- 2Show what the intruder streamed or said
- 3Secure password and two factor
- 4Appeal as a security case
If someone else streamed it, the case is security, not conduct.
Ban evasion

- Streaming on another channel during a suspension
What they can prove

- The dates and accounts involved
What they infer
- That the same person is behind both
Our pathway
- 1Map what the accounts actually share
- 2Explain shared homes or studios
- 3Stop any activity that reads as evasion
- 4Appeal the original suspension
Evasion makes the original case harder. We fix that one instead.

- Reports with outside evidence
What they can prove

- 1Assess what evidence was relied on
- 2Gather records that address it
- 3Work with counsel, carefully
- 4Respond with only what is needed
These are handled with counsel and never with more than needed.
Where Twitch DMCA Strikes Come From in Your Stream
Most copyright strikes on Twitch trace back to one audio source, often on a VOD or clip from months ago. We find the source, work the retraction or counter notice and clean up what’s still exposed.
A claim can land on a VOD or clip weeks after the stream. Old VODs and clips with the same audio carry the same exposure.
Illustrative risk read, not legal advice. Exposure depends on who holds the rights and what your license covers. DMCA strikes stack under the repeat infringer policy.
Bring each source up or down to match how you stream. The read on the right shows where a DMCA notice is most likely to come from.
How Twitch Decides Whether to Lift Your Suspension
Twitch doesn’t read your appeal on its own. It reads it against your whole channel: the moment that was reported, your chat, your past enforcements, your strikes and every appeal you’ve sent before. We write yours to answer what Twitch is actually weighing.
Potentially how it looks. A fictitious reconstruction built from our research and quantified only from cases we have handled. It is not a Twitch screen or tool. Names, IDs, and records are invented or redacted.

Twitch case, draft
We are the ones account owners come to when every other agency and law firm has already failed.
Most streamers find us after their appeals were denied and someone else already tried. A denied appeal stays on the account, so the next one has to be built differently. Our team has worked inside these platforms and knows what each review is measuring. That’s how we’ve resolved more than 10,000 cases.

Suspended Twitch Channel FAQs
Don’t see your question? Send us your notice and we’ll answer it directly.
Why was my Twitch account suspended?
Twitch suspends an account when it finds a breach of its Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, such as hateful conduct, harassment, sexual content, violence, or repeated copyright problems. Some serious conduct off Twitch can also lead to action. Check the enforcement email and the Appeals Portal, which list the policy and the length of the suspension.
How do I appeal a Twitch suspension?
You appeal a Twitch suspension through the Appeals Portal at appeals.twitch.tv. Pick the enforcement you want to challenge and explain clearly why it was a mistake or missing context. For suspensions of 30 days or less, Twitch allows only one appeal per enforcement, so add the clip, chat log or other context with the first one.
How long do I have to appeal a Twitch suspension?
Twitch lets users appeal a temporary suspension for up to 180 days. Do not wait that long if the channel is your income. File once you have the context together, because Twitch limits the number of appeals per enforcement and a weak first appeal uses up your chance.
How long does a Twitch appeal take?
Twitch does not publish a fixed time for appeal decisions. Your appeal shows as Pending in the Appeals Portal while it is reviewed, then changes to Accepted or Rejected. Some users hear back in days and others wait weeks or longer, so check the portal and your email rather than sending new requests.
Can an indefinite Twitch suspension be lifted?
An indefinite Twitch suspension can sometimes be lifted through a reinstatement request. Twitch says you must wait at least 6 months from the suspension date before requesting reinstatement, and it will not consider reinstatement for the most severe violations. Streamers who are reinstated have no ads for at least a month.
Can Twitch ban me for something that happened off Twitch?
Twitch can act on serious conduct that happens off Twitch under its Off-Service Conduct Policy. That covers things like deadly violence, violent extremism, terrorist activity and credible threats of mass violence, and Twitch says it acts only where there is available, verifiable evidence. Ordinary off-platform arguments are not what this policy targets.
Do Twitch DMCA strikes expire?
Twitch says copyright strikes do expire, though it does not share the exact timing. DMCA strikes are tracked separately from Community Guidelines enforcements, and repeated copyright problems can still lead to a suspension. Remove music and clips you do not have rights to, and use counter notification only if you truly have the right to use the content.
Why was I banned from a Twitch channel chat?
A ban from one Twitch channel’s chat comes from that streamer or their moderators. It only blocks you in that channel. Twitch’s Appeals Portal covers enforcements Twitch issued, so a channel ban goes back to that channel, often through an unban request if they have it turned on.
Should I stream on a new Twitch account while suspended?
Streaming on a new Twitch account while suspended is treated as suspension evasion, which Twitch’s Community Guidelines do not allow and which can bring further enforcement on both accounts. It also makes a later appeal or reinstatement request harder. Work the appeal on the original channel and wait out the suspension.
Is it worth hiring a Twitch appeal service?
Hiring a Twitch appeal service is worth it when streaming is your income, the enforcement lacks context, or you only get one appeal for it. A good service finds the clip, chat or report behind the suspension and builds an appeal with the context a reviewer needs. We start with a free assessment of your channel.
What does a Twitch appeal service cost?
The cost of a Twitch appeal service depends on how hard the case is. A short suspension with clear missing context is simpler than an indefinite suspension or a reinstatement request. We start with a free assessment, tell you plainly where you stand, and quote only after that.
Can anyone guarantee Twitch reinstatement?
No. Nobody can guarantee Twitch reinstatement because Twitch makes the final decision on every appeal and reinstatement request. What we commit to is the work: finding what caused the enforcement, gathering the context and building the strongest appeal the facts support. You get a straight answer on your chances before you pay.
