The Mollie Reserve Dispute Service That Gets Withheld Funds Released.
Mollie keeps part of your money in the pending balance, and a review can pause payouts or switch off payment methods. We read your balance the way Mollie does, answer the verification or risk question with records that match and ask for release tied to your real refund and chargeback exposure. Start with a free assessment and know where you stand before you pay.
Pick what Mollie told you. The bar shows how much of your money is available, pending, or held in reserve, and which methods still work.

How Mollie Decides on a Rolling Reserve
In the Mollie Dashboard, money sits in a pending balance before it’s available for payout. A rolling reserve or a review keeps more of it pending, for longer. We rebuild that balance from your settlement reports, find the check holding it and answer with records Mollie can match.

How to Get Mollie Card Payments Switched Back On
A paused card method usually costs you more than the reserve. The teams that decide both look for the same short list of checkout changes. Here’s how they map.

How Mollie Decides Whether to Release Your Balance
Mollie doesn’t read your reply on its own. It reads it against your whole account: chargebacks by method, refunds, delivery times, your organization profile and every reply you’ve sent before. We write yours to answer what Mollie is actually weighing.

We are the ones merchants come to when every other agency and law firm has already failed.
Most merchants find us after their replies were turned down and another agency already tried. Every reply stays on the account, so the next one has to be built differently. Our team has worked inside these platforms and knows what each review is measuring. That’s how we’ve resolved more than 10,000 cases.

Mollie Rolling Reserve FAQs
Don’t see your question? Send us your notice and we’ll answer it directly.
Why does Mollie have a rolling reserve on my account?
Mollie puts a rolling reserve on an account to cover chargebacks and other amounts you may owe. Its User Agreement lets it hold a percentage of each transaction or a set amount on a rolling basis. Common triggers are a high risk industry, a rising chargeback rate, a new business with no history and long delivery windows.
Why is my Mollie balance pending?
A Mollie balance is pending when you have received the money but it is not available for payout yet. Each payment method has its own settlement delay, such as T+0 for iDEAL and T+4 business days for credit cards. A rolling reserve or a longer risk based delay also keeps money in the pending amount.
How long does Mollie take to pay out?
Mollie moves money from pending to available after each payment method’s settlement delay, then pays out to your bank. iDEAL settles the same day, credit cards after 4 business days and in3 after 11 business days. If your delay is longer, Mollie’s risk team may have set a longer settlement delay for your organization.
Why did Mollie pause my payouts?
Mollie pauses or suspends settlements when it sees complaints, attachments, increased chargeback rates, increased credit risk or a possible fraud investigation, according to its User Agreement. Payouts can also stop if your onboarding needs data or is still in review. Check your dashboard for open requests and answer each one in full.
What does Mollie onboarding in review mean?
Mollie onboarding status in-review means you have given all the information and Mollie is checking it. Needs-data means Mollie still wants something from you, and completed means onboarding is done. Until the account can receive settlements, money will not go out to your bank, so answer data requests quickly.
Why did Mollie turn off card payments on my account?
Mollie can suspend or remove a payment method and deny you use of it under its User Agreement, often after chargebacks or risk concerns on that method. Answer with evidence specific to that method, such as delivery proof for its disputed payments and your fraud controls. Fixing the method’s chargeback rate is the strongest case for turning it back on.
What happens to my balance if Mollie closes my account?
When Mollie closes an account, it can delay the final payment of your balance until the chargeback period on past transactions has passed, chargebacks are no longer expected or no customer disputes are open. Mollie can terminate with two months’ notice, or right away for violations. You stay liable for chargebacks on earlier transactions.
Am I responsible for Mollie chargebacks after my account closes?
Yes, Mollie’s User Agreement makes you fully responsible for chargebacks whatever the reason or timing, including after termination for transactions made before it. Mollie can keep amounts it expects to lose to chargebacks. Keep your records and answer every chargeback so the money set aside for them can be released.
Should I open a new Mollie account if mine is blocked?
Opening a new Mollie account to get around a block or closure usually makes things harder, because Mollie verifies the organization and the people behind it. The better path is to answer the open request, lower your chargeback rate and show what you changed. We do not help anyone open a second account to evade a decision.
Can someone help me get my Mollie reserve released?
Yes, a specialist can help you answer Mollie with the right records and a reserve request that matches your real chargeback exposure. We find what set off the reserve or pause, build the response and track your pending balance until it frees up. Start with a free assessment and know where you stand before you pay.
What does a Mollie reserve dispute service cost?
A Mollie reserve dispute service is priced by how hard the case is. A paused payout with one open request takes less work than a closed account with a long reserve. We start with a free assessment of your balance and notices, then quote the work plainly before you commit.
Can anyone guarantee Mollie will release my balance?
No one can guarantee Mollie will release your balance or reserve, because Mollie makes the final decision under its User Agreement. Be careful with anyone who promises it. What we commit to is the work: a full review of your case, a documented response and a straight answer on your chances before you pay.
