The Discord Appeal Service Agency That Reinstates the Accounts Other Reinstatement Agencies Give Up On.

For brands, game studios and paid communities, a Discord server is the membership. When the owner account is disabled or the server is removed, members scatter. We find which violation Discord recorded, answer it in Account Standing or through Discord Support and protect the server behind it. Your Discord notice

What Your Discord Notice Means

The notice tells you what Discord flagged. It rarely tells you why. Pick the notice that matches yours and see what sets it off, what Discord can prove and what it’s only assuming.

Spam or platform manipulation

Spam flag

Handled by Automated spam detection

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • Mass direct messages to non friends
  • Invite links posted across many servers
  • A bot sending messages in the user's name

What they can prove

  • Message volume and timing
  • The content of the links sent

What they infer

  • That the user sent the spam

Our pathway

  1. 1Pull the session timeline around the spike
  2. 2Separate hijacked or bot activity from the user
  3. 3Revoke tokens and fix the bot
  4. 4Appeal the spam violation with the timeline
Most spam flags start with a leaked token or a bad bot. We prove which.
STRIKE
Community Guidelines violation

Account disabled

Handled by Trust and Safety

Typical grade: Difficult

What sets it off

  • A serious violation
  • Several violations in the standing window
  • Reports confirmed on review

What they can prove

  • The violations recorded in Account Standing
  • The reported messages

What they infer

  • That the user will keep violating

Our pathway

  1. 1List every violation on record
  2. 2Appeal the weakest ones first
  3. 3Give the context the reviewer did not have
  4. 4Request review through Support if the account cannot log in
A disable is built from several violations. We take them apart one at a time.
Compromised account

Hacked account

Handled by Discord Support

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • A login from a new country
  • Scam links sent from the account
  • Email or two factor changed by someone else

What they can prove

  • Sessions and clients used
  • The changes made to settings

What they infer

  • That the owner acted, unless shown otherwise

Our pathway

  1. 1Build the access timeline
  2. 2Show what the intruder sent and changed
  3. 3Secure email, password, and two factor
  4. 4Send one clear request to Support
If someone else sent it, the case is security, not conduct. We document it that way.
Server moderation failure

Server removed

Handled by Server moderation review

Typical grade: Difficult

What sets it off

  • Unmoderated content in the server
  • An owner who did not act on reports

What they can prove

  • The content reported
  • How long it stayed up

What they infer

  • That the owner allowed it

Our pathway

  1. 1Remove the content and the accounts behind it
  2. 2Set rules, AutoMod, and a moderator team
  3. 3Document reports handled since
  4. 4Appeal with the moderation record
Owners answer for their servers. The appeal is the moderation you can show.
SEC
Warning in Account Standing

Warning

Handled by Trust and Safety

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • A reported message taken out of context
  • A first time guideline issue

What they can prove

  • The reported message
  • The guideline cited

What they infer

  • That the message breaks the guideline as read alone

Our pathway

  1. 1Pull the full exchange
  2. 2Show the context around the message
  3. 3Appeal in Account Standing
  4. 4Keep the account clear while it runs
One warning with context can often be reversed. It is worth appealing.
Circumventing an enforcement

Ban evasion

Handled by Trust and Safety

Typical grade: Hell 1 to 2

What sets it off

  • A new account on a device or network tied to a disabled one
  • Rejoining servers after a ban

What they can prove

  • The shared device or network
  • The link to the disabled account

What they infer

  • That the same person is behind both

Our pathway

  1. 1Map what the accounts actually share
  2. 2Explain shared homes, schools, or networks
  3. 3Show independent use where it exists
  4. 4Appeal the original action instead of evading it
Evasion makes the first case harder. We go back and fix the original action.
$HELD
Monetization hold

Payout held

Handled by Monetization support

Typical grade: Moderate

What sets it off

  • A server with standing problems
  • Payout onboarding not complete
  • Payout details that do not match the owner

What they can prove

  • Server standing
  • Onboarding and payout status

What they infer

  • That payouts carry risk until those clear

Our pathway

  1. 1Fix server standing first
  2. 2Complete payout onboarding
  3. 3Match payout details to the account holder
  4. 4Request the held payout
A payout hold usually waits on standing. We clear that first.

Why the hard cases come here

We are the ones account owners come to when every other agency and law firm has already failed.

Most account owners find us after their appeals were rejected and another agency already tried. A rejected appeal stays on the account, so the next one has to be built differently. Our team has worked inside these platforms and knows what each review is measuring. That’s how we’ve resolved more than 10,000 cases.

    What Discord sees
    How we work it

    Moderate

One violation with context the reviewer didn’t have. An Account Standing appeal with the context and the fix.

    Difficult

A disable tied to activity you may not have caused. A security reset, a bot audit and an appeal that separates that activity from yours.

    Hell 1

Several violations stacked toward a disable. We appeal the weakest violations first to lift your standing.

    Hell 2

Owner responsibility for server content or raids. Moderation changes, logs and rules documented in the owner appeal.

    Hell 3

A removed server or an ownership dispute. An owner appeal through Discord Support with the full moderation record.

    Hell 4

A permanent action or a report of posing as someone else. A complete record and a Discord Support request, with the EU route where it applies.

    Hell 5

Your money and your standing both blocked. Standing restored first, then monetization support on payout onboarding.

    Hell 6

No human path left. We decline before you pay.

    Hell 7

No real option left. We decline before you pay.

    Discord Account Disabled FAQs

Don’t see your question? Send us your notice and we’ll answer it directly.

Why was my Discord account disabled?

Discord suspends an account when it breaks the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, and repeat violations move an account toward permanent suspension. Discord weighs how severe the harm was, the type of content or behavior and your history of past violations. The system DM you received names the exact policy, so start there.

How do I appeal a Discord suspension?

You appeal a Discord suspension through the webform linked in your violation notice, or through the Discord Support form. Discord says you appeal specific violations, since account standing as a whole cannot be appealed. Explain what happened and what you changed. Send us the notice first so your appeal answers the exact policy.

How do I check my Discord Account Standing?

You check Discord Account Standing in User Settings, then My Account, then Standing. The levels are All good, Limited, Very Limited, At Risk and Permanent suspension. Each active violation is listed with its details, and each one can be appealed on its own through the linked webform.

How long do Discord violations last?

Most Discord violations expire after 90 days and then stop affecting your account standing. More severe violations stay active longer, with the expiration date shown in the violation details. Temporary suspensions last up to one year, and your account and username are kept during that time.

Can a permanently suspended Discord account be restored?

A permanent Discord suspension does not expire, and the user loses the account unless an appeal succeeds. Discord gives a grace period to appeal before the username is released, and says it prioritizes users who believe they were permanently suspended in error. Appeal quickly and with clear facts.

Can my Discord account be disabled for server content?

Yes. Discord’s rules apply to your servers and apps as well as your own messages, and Discord may take action against accounts present in violating servers. A server that breaks the rules may be removed or lose features. Only the server owner can request a review of server violations.

Can I make a new Discord account after a ban?

No. Discord treats creating a new account after a permanent ban as ban evasion, along with recreating a removed server or repurposing an existing account or server. Ban evasion makes any real appeal much harder. Appeal the original violation through the webform instead.

What happens to my Discord server if my account is suspended?

When a Discord server owner’s account is suspended, the server can lose its owner’s management and members can drift away. If the server itself broke the rules, it may be removed or lose features, and only the owner can ask for a review. Keep moderators with real permissions in place so the community stays managed.

My Discord account was hacked and used for spam. What do I do?

If your Discord account was compromised and used to break the rules, secure it first: reset your password, turn on two-factor authentication, remove unknown apps and reset any bot tokens you own. Discord forbids self-bots and phishing, so then appeal each violation through the webform and explain the takeover with dates.

Can someone help me get my Discord account back?

Yes. A Discord appeal service reviews your Account Standing and violation notices, finds which policy Discord recorded and builds each appeal through the webform or Discord Support. We also help protect the server behind the account. Start with a free assessment so you know where you stand before you pay.

What does a Discord appeal service cost?

The cost of a Discord appeal service depends on how hard the case is. A single violation on a clean account is simpler than a permanent suspension with server violations on record. We begin with a free assessment of your case, then give you a clear price before any work starts.

    Can anyone guarantee Discord reinstatement?

No one can guarantee Discord reinstatement. Discord makes the final decision on your account and your server. What we commit to is the work: a secured account, complete appeals for each violation and a straight answer about your chances before you pay anything.
