Seed&Spark’s Terms say funds release seven business days after the campaign ends unless Stripe requires more verification. A hold after that date usually means Stripe is verifying identity, use of funds, or timeline.

Seed&Spark’s Terms say supporters are not charged and no funds are released below 80 percent of the goal.
