The Indeed Review Removal Service That Takes Down the Reviews Other Agencies Can’t.

Indeed puts your company rating next to every job you post. It keeps negative reviews up unless they break its content guidelines, and only the author can delete a review. We report the ones that break the guidelines to Indeed’s Trust and Safety team, move reviews that landed on the wrong Company Page and write replies that follow Indeed’s policy. Start with a free assessment before you pay.

What this team does

Reviews reported company reviews and employer responses against Indeed’s content guidelines and removes what breaks them.

A report tied to a specific guideline, visible in the review text.

How we apply

We report with the guideline and the quoted line. A report that says the review is unfair does not fit any guideline.

    Rung 1

    Guideline report

A report on the review under the exact guideline it breaks, with the line quoted.

Most removable Indeed reviews are decided here.
    Rung 2

Migration request and support follow up

A request to move a misplaced review, or a follow up with employer support carrying the evidence the first report was missing.

For reviews on the wrong page and reports that were misread.
    Rung 3

    Legal removal demand

An attorney-reviewed notice to Indeed naming each review with false statements of fact or private information.

Used for false statements of fact, privacy violations, and impersonation that a policy flag did not clear.
    Rung 4

    Author demand

An attorney-reviewed letter to the author about false statements of fact, sent only after the risks are weighed.

Directed at the person who posted, not the platform, which is generally shielded for user content.
    Rung 5

    Court order support

If your own attorney gets an order finding the content unlawful, we prepare it for Indeed and for search engines.

The last rung. Attorney-reviewed, and used only when the case calls for it.

Why the hard cases come here

We are the ones businesses come to when every other agency and law firm has already failed.

Most employers find us after their reports were declined and another agency already tried. A declined report stays on the record, so the next one has to be built differently. Our team has worked inside these platforms and knows what each review is measuring. That’s how we’ve resolved more than 10,000 cases.

    How hard is your case

    Indeed review removal questions

    Indeed Review Removal FAQs

Don’t see your question? Send us your Company Page and we’ll answer it directly.

Can an employer remove a review on Indeed?

An employer cannot delete a company review on Indeed, and Indeed does not remove reviews just because they are negative. Indeed moderates reviews against its content guidelines, using the same standard for every employer, and decides at its own discretion. Reviews that break the guidelines can be reported. A free assessment shows which ones qualify.

How do I report a company review on Indeed?

Report an Indeed company review from your claimed Company Page or through Indeed’s employer support, naming the guideline it breaks and quoting the exact line. Reviews that share personal details, make threats or are about a different company are where reports work best. A report with no clear reason rarely goes anywhere.

Can Indeed tell me who wrote a review?

Indeed keeps company reviews anonymous and does not share who wrote them with employers. That is why most removals come through the content guidelines. A report works from what the review itself says, the job titles and locations it names and how it compares with your real records.

What if a review on Indeed is about a different company or location?

Reviews sometimes land on the wrong Company Page, especially with franchises, similar names or several locations. Indeed’s employer support can move a misplaced review when you show where it belongs, like proof that the location or job title never existed at your company. Send us the review and we check it.

Does Indeed create a Company Page without my permission?

Yes. When you post a job, Indeed may automatically create a Company Page with public company information, and reviews can appear on it. Employers can claim the page and edit its details. Claiming it is the first step before you report reviews or reply to them.

Can I respond to reviews on Indeed?

Yes. Employers with a claimed Company Page can post a public reply to reviews. Keep it professional, thank the reviewer for fair points, explain what is changing and never try to identify the author or make legal threats. Job seekers read the reply as closely as the review.

    Do Indeed reviews affect hiring?

Yes. Your Indeed company rating and reviews show up where job seekers look at your jobs and your Company Page, so a run of bad reviews can cut the number of people who apply. Answering reviews well and earning honest new ones from current staff both help.

Should I report the same Indeed review again?

Send your strongest report the first time. A repeat report with no new facts usually gets the same decision, and it makes the next one harder. Wait until you have a different guideline or new evidence before you file again. Let us look first before anything else goes in.

Will a removed Indeed review still show on Google?

A removed Indeed review can keep showing in Google results for a while, because Google may show old text until it recrawls the page. Once Indeed removes it, you can ask Google to update the result with its Refresh Outdated Content tool.

Is it worth hiring an Indeed review removal service?

An Indeed review removal service is worth it when several reviews break the guidelines, sit on the wrong Company Page or follow a pattern, and each one needs a clear report. A good team reports only what breaks the rules and writes replies for the rest. Start with a free assessment.

How much does Indeed review removal cost?

The cost depends on how hard the case is: how many reviews, which guideline applies and whether any belong on another page. We start with a free assessment of your Company Page, then quote the work before you pay anything. If a review is someone’s honest experience, we tell you and help you reply.

Can anyone guarantee Indeed review removal?

No. Indeed decides every review at its own discretion, so be careful with anyone who promises removal. What we commit to is the work: every real ground under Indeed’s guidelines gets used, with the exact lines quoted. If a review is honest and within the rules, you hear that straight from us before you pay.
